Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc., builds homes priced from $1,000,000 to over $4,000,000. Building only 5 to 10 homes per year allows the owner and president, Rob Rehnquist, to work closely with each client and help them gain their dream property.

The Rehnquist Company has its own 8,000 square foot office and facilities building. This centrally designed work environment enables the entire staff to most efficiently serve the clients. The facility houses a full woodshop to custom build cabinets, built-ins, and other architectural details as well as a mechanical area to service its equipment and trucks. This space also allows Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc. to stock many different materials for new homes minimizing delays for millwork and materials.
Robert S. Rehnquist, Owner and President of Rehnquist Design & Build, Inc.
He attended the University of Kansas, a nationally ranked architecture school, and received degrees in Architecture. Upon graduation, Rob started his own design & build firm in St. Louis.
Rob and his family reside in St. Louis.
Rob is an ardent preservationist and endeavors to preserve as much of the natural setting on building sites as possible. He also has expertise in developing complicated properties.
